    The right not to be subject to automated decisions

    Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

    • The Data Protection Ombudsman, operating under the Ministry of Justice, is the national supervisory authority for personal data matters. Service users have the right to refer their case to the supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the relevant legislation.
