Bunnytail Meadow

starting at €90.00

On Kangaroo Island in South Australia, there is a small village called American River, which originated from a camp of American seal hunters. Its wide, shallow bay has been protected since 1914, as it is an important breeding ground for fish and other marine life. Many birds also gather there to feed and rest. There are lovely walking trails along the shores of the bay, and along one of them, in the middle of a bunnytail meadow (Lagurus ovatus), this little sun (Sonchus oleraceus) was shining.

RAYS OF COLOR – A series of visual energy

Color is light, and light has a significant effect on us. Although this is partly a matter of personal preference and cultural context, it has also been scientifically proven. Colors influence our emotions and actions. The most popular color is clearly blue, which is perceived as harmonious, reliable, and compassionate. Red attracts attention; it is dynamic, pleasant, even seductive. Sunny yellow, considered active and uplifting, increases concentration and a sense of happiness. Relaxing green, on the other hand, is the color of growth, renewal, nature, and peace. Is it any wonder that people have always enjoyed gazing at fire and water?

The images in this series can be ordered with or without a white border and stylish info text.
