The Finnish archipelago offers experiences for all the senses, in all seasons. In autumn, you can experience silence and peace, or sometimes raging storms. The reed beds have turned golden, and the colors of the wet rocks stand out beautifully. This photo was included as a large print in a photo exhibition that I toured around our coastal and archipelago communities in 2006–2007.

Vanhin, ikuinen rakkauteni on meri, joka aaltoilee kotimaani rannoilla. Olen kuvannut sitä jo lapsena viettäessäni kesiä Iniön saaristossa. Kuvia on kertynyt useilta vuosikymmeniltä. Olen julkaissut siitä myös kaksi kirjaa: Kuohu – koukussa saaristoon ja Meri joka jalkojani huuhtelee. Niitä voi tiedustella ottamalla yhteyttä.
